Apart from the e-cards, adding a review and the forum, unless you 'Logon' or 'Join'
Pink UK then no information is kept about you apart we may use aggregated information
and statistics for the purpose of monitoring the usage of our site in order to help
us develop the site and our services. The information and statistics will NOT not
include information that can be used to identify any individual.
We do keep any information on e-cards, reviews and the forum for legal reason, (incase
any emails or messages are posted that are offensive or could be considered illegal).
Logging on/joining
Here we only keep your users name and you email address, and these details can be
changed by logging on via the left menu.
Approximately once a month we may send out and e-mail news letter to the email address
that you supplied when you joined.
Any e-mails that bounce, the account will be deleted. This you can unsubscribe from.
Classified and Contacts
We will acquire, store, process, use and disclose personal data about you only for
the purpose of adding your listing, we will NOT use your personal data for any other
purpose.
If you notify us by e-mail or other written communication that any of the information
which we hold about you is incorrect or misleading, we will take prompt action to
correct or amend the information. You may do this by sending an e-mail to

Apart from the forum and messages that you add to Pink UK can be fully edited, when
you logon on.
We undertake to keep information about you confidential.

agencies or in connection with the investigation of unlawful activities. Third parties
may also unlawfully intercept or access transmission or private communications.
These therefore are exceptions to our policy of maintaining the privacy and confidentiality

the site and we will not collect any information about you except that required
for system administration of the Web server and third party affiliates. These are
closely monitored and any programs that use cookies for spam or user-unfriendly
matters will be remove immediately.
