BLAGSS offers members a unique opportunity to participate in as many of its regularly scheduled sports activities as they like, as well as joining in on the fun at various social events. And all with like minded people from Brighton & Hove and beyond! It's a great way to meet people and enjoy the sporting activities you like most.
While we encourage our members to develop sports groups to meet their own needs, we already offer a number of established and popularly attended groups, including:
And, several of the sport groups organise trips abroad, including walking & cycling trips to France and Holland and tennis outings to Spain.
BLAGSS also hosts a number of social events during the year, including an annual barbecue by the sea, a Christmas party and other get-togethers. The various sports groups also meet up regularly for drinks and meals.
Memberships cost just £10.00 a year and include access to your chosen sports activities and all social events, plus a monthly newsletter.
